Rockland Music Festival Inc. is committed to providing exemplary customer service while maintaining a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all our guests. Our staff will proactively aim to create and maintain a friendly and safe environment at the concert.
ADA Friendly
Haverstraw’s Bowline Park is designed to for accessibility and comfort.
No alcohol will be served
In compliance with New York State law, we will not be serving alcohol.
Animals
Dogs are not allowed at the festival. Sorry, we must follow park rules!
ATM’s
To our knowledge, there are no ATM’s located in Bowline at this time.
Autographs
While fans are receiving autographs, please be courteous to the musicians, as well as to those fans that are nearby. Keep in mind we will try to accommodate as many fans as possible, but are subject to other obligations both before and after the performance. Please refrain from trying to get autographs from the band personnel during the performance.

Baby Changing
Baby Changing are located in restrooms at Bowline Point Park.
Bag Searches
All bags are subject to inspection prior to entering the park.

Bicycle Parking Racks
Staff and guests who wish to bike to the park can make use of any of the bicycle parking racks located inside the park. Please properly secure all bikes and valuables as the Town of Haverstraw is not responsible for any items lost or stolen.
Birthday Announcements
If you would like a birthday announcement, put in your request at least 24 hours in advance by sending a message to Rockland Music Fest. Also please notify us at the front gate. We’ll be happy to announce in between sets, if we are aware of the birthday!
Kids, and Playground
There is an excellent playground for kids on premises. Kids between 12 and 21 half off tickets, and kids under 12 free until 4 pm. (The performances at night have some salty language. Ear plugs are available for free
Cameras and Video Equipment
Cameras and video equipment are permitted. Video cameras may not be used to reproduce the show. Photographers may not interfere with other guests to obtain pictures.
Cell Phones
Guests are permitted the use of cellular phones so long as the use of the phones will cause not interference with the performances, and fellow guests’ enjoyment of the festival. For guest safety, it is encouraged to keep cell phones away in order to pay close attention to the performance.
Charity
For this year, we are donating to two families who have relatives who were affected by serious traffic accidents in Rockland County NY – as part of Rockland News’ traffic safety awareness initiative this year: Slow the F Down on the Road.
Children
Children age 12 and under may be admitted to the performance without a ticket. Please note that the Guns N’ Roses performance at 7:30 pm aims to reproduce the ORIGINAL album sounds, tracks and lyrics. Earplugs are available for free.
Concessions
We’ll have food, drink and activities. No alcohol. If you want, bring a cooler but please do not bring alcohol. Thank you so much.
Credit Cards
All major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover) are accepted at most merchandise and food locations the admission gate, note that there will be no promo codes in use once the event starts.
Ejections
The Rockland Music Fest Security team reserves the right to eject any person(s) whose behavior is considered unruly or found illegal. Event tickets will be collected without refund and the individual will be safely escorted from the park. Ejected guests trying to re-enter the park may be arrested for trespassing. Moshing or other aggressive forms of dance will not be allowed at the festival.
Emergency Plan / Procedure
In the event of an emergency, please follow the directions of the PA announcer. If an evacuation is necessary, please head towards the nearest gate in a calm, orderly fashion. If there is a life-threatening situation, call 911.
First Aid
A First Aid Station will be provided by certified EMS personnel.
Food or Beverages
Fans may bring a cooler and a lawn chair, subject to search at the main gate.
Opening
The event time will officially begin at 12 noon, and the music will start at 2 pm.
Handicap Parking
Approximately 10+ parking spaces are designated for our guests with disabilities, located just outside the park.
Injuries
Rockland Music Festival Inc., nor the Town of Haverstraw, nor any of its agents, affiliates, volunteers, staff, bands, artists, vendors, or other performers are not liable for any harm, injury, or damages sustained by any spectator or to any spectator’s property, including all risk whether foreseen or unforeseen. If you, or someone you are with is injured please seek the closest staff member and report to First Aid. If it is a life-threatening emergency, call 911.
Rosh Hashana
This particular year’s event just happened to fall on Rosh Hashana. To our friends of the Jewish Faith, we look forward to seeing you at the next show! Thank you for your interest and feedback, and we wish you all a very happy Holiday!
Side note: Sundown is at 7:10 pm…so you can still make it to watch the headliner; they hit the stage around 7:30 pm. If you can’t – no worries, video will be available afterward.
Lost and Found
Lost articles are held for 30 days. Guests may bring lost and found items to the staff at the front gate.
Lost Children and Parents
Children and parents who have become separated should immediately be escorted to Customer Service located near the front gate. After all staff are informed that a child is missing, all entrances and exits will be tightly monitored and staff will begin strategically searching for the missing individual.
Merchandise
We’ll have merch. Stay tuned.
Weaponry
Don’t bring any. There will be cops, private security and cameras. Please don’t be dumb.

Re-entry
You can come an go! Keep your ticket stub, and we’ll also have wristbands!
Stage Access
Only authorized personnel will be permitted on the stage before, during and after games. Any unauthorized person entering the stage will be removed from the premises and subject to prosecution. Photographers, please contact Tom Ossa at (845) 877-7333 ext. 701
Parking
The parking lot holds approximately 500 individual parking spaces.
Press Passes
Information on how to obtain press passes and media credentials may be obtained by contacting Tom Ossa at (845) 877-7333 ext. 701. Please note that a press pass does not grant access to bands, unless they authorize. A separate interview session will be available before the show, if time permits.
Prohibited Items
Food, weapons of any kind (even with a concealed weapons permit), alcoholic beverages, balloons, banners or signs that are not in the spirit of the event or that obstruct the view of others, umbrellas, non-service animals, contraband, and compressed air horns are all prohibited.

We’ll have a few contests throughout the day.
Rain Checks and Refunds
Refunds are available until 12 noon on Saturday 9/12/26. In the event that the event is postponed, fans may exchange their tickets at a future performance of Rockland Music Fest. Your ticket is good for one full calendar year from the rainout. There are no cash refunds for tickets, and dates for ticket exchanges are subject to ticket availability.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located in the park, nearby the entrance.

Located directly in front of the park.
Scalping
Scalping tickets is prohibited.
Open Seating
Bring a lawn chair.
Security
In the event of a security problem, please notify a uniformed police officer, security personal, Cop Call security staff, or report to the Customer Service Booth.
Smoking Area
There are two areas located in the park that guests are allowed to smoke:
- Outside the park, and
- Not inside the park
Other than that, be cool.
Delivery Services
You can order food from DoorDash, UberEats, whatever. Food deliveries will be available at the front booth. You are responsible for pickup.
Tailgating
One car = one space. Please be considerate of your fellow ticket holders. Tailgating will be limited to the lined parking space and the area directly behind or in front of each vehicle. The blocking of the drive lane is prohibited.

- Blind Faith Tickets: $12 – Sold out, there might be a few flash sales.

V.I.P. Parking

Water Fountains
The water fountain is located near the Men’s and Women’s restrooms near the front entrance.
Wheelchair Access
The park is wheelchair-accessible and meets all ADA Requirements.
50/50
Our 50/50 representatives sell tickets throughout the event up until 7 pm. The drawing supports our fundraising for two families whose members suffered from terrible car or vehicle accidents.
You must be present to win the drawing.
