Hey folks! I figured I would give everyone a quick update on all that is going on behind the scenes with Rockland Music Fest XII – set for September 12, 2026 at Bowline Point Park.
This is a new venue for us this year, after our stadium event at Clover last year, with Magical Mystery Doors, 11 bands, and over 1200 people in attendance over the entire day.
I can feel the anticipation building in the air, and we have a great lineup this year. But I’ll try to keep it brief, because there’s so much to do!
First Things First
First of all – as I mentioned many times before, XII will have a very specific message for this one:
SLOW THE F DOWN ON THE ROAD!
There are way too many traffic accidents happening in Rockland the past 5 years, especially since the mass migration of nearly 30k more people into Rockland, post COVID. Many injuries, and many deaths. For more information on why, visit our article on Rockland News, and the Bare Wires podcast, where I sat down with Brion Hayman to talk about the issue.
As such, we will be donating to two families that have loved ones who suffered from catastrophic traffic accidents in Rockland County. For those of you that know me, this one is personal.

- Regular Riot – A new cover band that has a solid lineup, and a mix of 90’s, 00’s, and ’10s rock tunes you know and love. YouTube

I encourage you to check out all the local artists. I know each of their sounds, and they are excellent. If you learn the songs in advance, you can enjoy even more!
Plus: Vendors, Food, Activities
We’ll also have vendors, food and activities, as is tradition for our past 11 festivals!
One thing we know for sure, we are bringing back the Air Guitar Contest! We’ll have a few categories, and you can pick your favorite song, perform and if you’re good – you can win a cash prize!
Food trucks will be announced shortly, we have several planned already.
Bring a cooler and a chair.
And we’ll have vendors as well. That will be announced on 9/10, as well.
